Are GrafMat materials used to improve strength properties of the composite being constructed?
With the short length of these particles there are limited improvements in strength attributes. Additionally, without particle alignment along the axis of the fibers limited strength translations are offered. With these two variables in play when building the composite it is hard to say what improvements might be generated.
