“Good Will” payments are allowed at bingo as promotional good faith gestures when a winner has been inadvertently overlooked or some other error has resulted in the likelihood that a person entitled to bingo prize money would otherwise not be rewarded. Such payments are not viewed as prize payouts, which could conceivably exceed the statutory prize limits.
