Are gods and goddesses relate to relgon?
In fact, gods and goddesses are still worshiped today in a number of pagan and non-western religions around the world. While the Western religions (Christianity, Islam, and Judaism) restrict themselves to one God, many religions allow for a pantheon of both male and female deities that typically represent different aspect of life. In addition, many of the Christian saints are actually gods/goddesses under different names, annexed by the Catholic church in an effort to integrate religions together and convert “savage peoples” to Christianity.
