Are gladiolas available year round?
As has already been stated, glad “bulbs” (corms) are usually sold in stores and garden centers in early spring. They should be planted in spring when the ground thaws (in northern regions). Don’t ignore those bulbs still sitting on store shelves in late spring or summer. They are quite often on sale, and will do just as well. Just make sure the corms are nice and hard, and not soft and mushy or black. There are some mail order companies that sell plants and bulbs year round.
