Are Glad® SimplyCooking™ Microwave Steaming Bags recyclable?
No. New Glad® SimplyCooking™ Microwave Steaming Bags contain mixed plastics and are therefore not recyclable by conventional curbside collection methods. The cost of collecting and cleaning these bags after they have been used is prohibitive, so we don‘t have any post–consumer–use reclamation and recycling program in place at this time.
