Gifts made to the Fraternity, a 501(c)(7) organization, are not tax-deductible. As such, gifts made to the Friendship Fund July 1, 2011 and after will not be tax-deductible. All gifts made to Theta Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. As such, gifts made to the Friendship Fund before June 30, 2011 are tax-deductible.
