This depends on many factors such as budgetary dictates and intended use of the spaces involved where real stained hardwood could enrich the area. Using sandblasted vanes and upgraded valances, fuax woods can be applied in many areas effectively and they cost less. As for durability or length of use they are about equal, with vinyl being better where there is moisture.
