Are frozen foods raw?
This depends. Commercially frozen food is generally not raw because it has been blanched prior to being frozen. When food is blanched, it is cooked very quickly to kill the enzymes in the food. Food that has been frozen at home is considered to be raw, as long as it has not been blanched or cooked in another way prior t o being frozen.
