Are front loading units loud?
A common concern with any type of appliance is how loud the unit will operate. While it is generally advised to ensure that you have a concrete surface under the units, you can still install front load units on second floors with very little concern. The key is the installation on your unit. If the unit is level, you should have a fairly quiet experience, however if the unit is unbalanced, you can expect a bit louder machine. Always ensure that your units are level when installed.
