Are Franklin Covey items prohibited?
There is no regulation against purchasing the Franklin Covey products. However, in these times of constant scrutiny, it is important that you screen for these products from mandatory sources, etc. The Covey products have given the appearance, in the past, of being excessive (i.e., the expensive leather binders, leather PDA covers that were purchased).
