No, we need to keep the number of formats to something manageable, so we ask that you stick to PostScript (PS) or PDF. Fortunately, generating PS from Word 97 is relatively easy. For PostScript, print to a file. For PDF, you need a tool from Adobe, such as Acrobat Distiller or PDFWriter.
