Because this RFA is principally intended to increase the implementation of safe practice interventions in the U.S., foreign institutions are not eligible to apply for grants. Applications from foreign institutions will be returned without review and no awards will be made to foreign institutions. Foreign organizations may participate in projects as members of consortia or as subcontractors.
