Are forbidden Yu-Gi-Oh cards applied only to tournaments?
No There are 2 Types of Tournaments Adv and Trd In Adv there is a Forbidden List In Trd there is no Forbidden List Most players will only Play in Adv Tournaments and most stores hold Only Adv if you ask your local Hobby store to hold Trd they might tell them that the younger players want to play Trd and that the Old Kids want to play Adv and they might do 2 Tournaments 1 for Adv and other for Trd
