Are follow-up appointments necessary in Homeopathy?

For chronic complaints one should report to the doctor when he/she has asked you to but in any acute conditions/emergency, one should get in touch with the doctor immediately.

Adequate follow-up is essential in Homeopathy. In Homeopathy, wellness is achieved by means of correcting the patient’s overall imbalance, and it usually takes time to correct imbalance. During that period, that varies from person to person, there is always the risk of again falling into imbalance and consequently also into disease. I ask my patients to kindly follow up my indications carefully and to please feel free to call me as often as they may need to clarify matters and/or to report. I also ask my patients to please let me know in advance if they must interrupt their Homeopathic treatment. This way, we may arrange some means to continuing treatment despite of the interruption.
