Are flood losses covered under my USAA Homeowners Insurance policy?
Flood losses caused by the overflow of lakes or rivers or unusual and rapid accumulation of surface water are not covered under your Homeowners policy. However, flood losses are generally covered by your National Flood Insurance Program policy through USAA. If you do not currently have this coverage, you may add it by calling USAA at 1-800-531-8444.
