FlashBenders can be used both “on” or “off” your camera, depending on your needs. That being said, because of their respective size and weight characteristics, we find the Small Reflector ideal for use “on” camera, and the Large Reflector ideal for use “off” camera. The Bounce Card/Flag is ideally suited for use as a small on camera white card, or as a flag for background lighting.
