Are first year undergraduates eligible to apply?
Two of the students on the first team had just finished their first year in Sauder, so as first year students they helped plan and implement our pilot project. There’s definitely an opportunity to become involved whatever your stage in university. Students at all levels are encouraged to apply in addition to all of the undergraduates on our teams, we had a Ph.D. student from marketing on our Kenya 2007 team, one MBA student on our 2008 team, and six MBA students on our 2009 team. If you’re enthusiastic, a strong team player, and willing to learn how to work with others to teach business plan development, you’re the kind of person we’re looking for.
