Are females the only one who can file sexual harassment complaint?
Absolutely not, the victim as well as the harasser may be female or male. The harasser may be a co-worker or another employee, your immediate supervisor, an agent of the employer such as a contractor, or a supervisor in another working area. The victim does not have to be the person filing the complaint because of the egregious act, it may be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
