Usually female goats are friendlier than male goats, but if you get a neutered male goat it can be a very nice goat.

There’s not much a diference but from experience I’d say that female goats can be more skiddish but male goats are more agressive so I would suggest getting either a wether(castrated male) or a bottle fed goat because they LOVE people.
