Family Leave Insurance benefits are not payable for any period the claimant/care provider is receiving New Jersey Temporary Disability Insurance Benefits, Unemployment Compensation Benefits, Workers’ Compensation Benefits, or benefits from a disability or cash sickness program or similar law of any state or the federal government including, but not limited to, Social Security Disability benefits.
