Are failed states, a result of poor leadership?
Zimbabwe became a free nation in 1980. In its earlier version as Rhodesia, in 1979 the GDP per person was $ 1879 which today reads at $ 200 (two hundred) and the life expectancy has been reduced from 51 years to 44 years. Similarly India and Pakistan achieved Independence in Aug 1947, India was worse off on most parameters of GDP, Health and education, but today Pakistan is fast heading to be a failed state. Bangladesh, North Korea, Afghanistan are more examples.
