Yes. Userful Multiplier provides multi-user/multistation USB flash drive (aka memory key, USB key, thumb drive, etc.) and external USB DVD/CD drive support for certain Linux distros. Only the user that plugs in the storage device to their station’s USB hub will be able to read and write to the drive. If, on the other hand, a USB storage device is plugged directly into the computer system unit, it will be available in all stations’ sessions and the first person to open (or “mount”) the device can read and write data to it. Since not all Linux distros support this feature, there is a separate software package that must be installed to provide Multistation Storage support. Please see the Multistation Storage Readme.
