Sunday April 15, 2007It’s near impossible these days to buy something in an electronics store without being pitched the store’s extended service agreement. This usually happens sometime between the initial sales presentation and checking out. I don’t think people are neutral on the extended warranty as an option. Either you like it or you don’t. The purpose of this discussion is to read about specific experiences you’ve had regarding an extended warranty. Was it a good deal? Did you use it? Was the defect covered under the extended warranty? Would you buy it again? As a consumer, this is your opportunity to speak out for or against the machine. This is how change starts or how constants gain momentum. This is your time.
