Are excelsior college and pheonix online diploma mills?
Excelsior is accredited, and so in no way is a diploma mill. I admit to being skeptical of online programs (who knows who is doing the work), but I trust the accreditation organizations to deal with this. If by Phoenix you mean the University of Phoenix, they are accredited as well, but lack accreditation for some of their programs. There is an active anti-UoP bias in the industry.
