Are EUROCONTROL call for tenders documents available in different languages?
Call for tenders may be published in either French or English (both being the official EUROCONTROL working languages). Bearing in mind that the predominant language of air traffic management is indeed English, a majority of call for tenders are published in the English language. Tenderers are nevertheless entitled to respond in French or English. It is advisable though to use the language of the call for tenders for the preparation of the tenders. Should there be any particular language requirements, these would be explicitly mentioned in the call for tenders documents. Local procurement actions may on rare occasions be performed in the local language (Dutch, German, Czech, Hungarian).
