Are Equipment Sheds Allowed?
Yes, however these cannot be visible from the front or exposed side of the house in any way. (Exception – cases where the shed covers unsightly pool or water filtering equipment that would otherwise be visible from the street.) Sheds must be of high quality construction and should sit on a concrete pad. It is preferred that sheds are constructed only in yards with 8′ fences. The shed should be painted to match the house trim or the fence.
