A18. No. The solicitation calls for applicants to submit proposals for organizing workshops that are subject to a total cost limit, and these limits are not intended to communicate to applicants that there is any specific “per day” limit set for a proposed workshop. The total amount of EPA funds requested must fall within the limits set forth in the solicitation (more than $25,000 and less than $150,000).
