Answer 1-12: Yes – For pre-existing noncompliances’ and for noncompliances that are identified by the ERCB within the first 90 days after the corporate amalgamation date or transfer date the licensee will not be subject to an enforcement escalation that would place the licensee in the persistent noncompliance category as described in Directive 019.
