Are energy drinks actually good for your health and nutrition in some ways?

It varies from person to person, but the cardiac and neurological issues that may present as a result of stimulant usage is not worth the vitamin content of the drinks compared with things like soda, lemonade, etc.  Energy drinks and the drinks you listed have pretty different desired functions.  Energy drinks are also unregulated, which means the labeling is not necessarily accurate.  Another issue is the debate about whether or not artificial sugars are actually helpful or harmful.  Depending on one’s health history, seldom consumption will probably not be an issue, but as far as being good for you?  Some are more natural than others, but overall “good” is probably not the best term to use.

What is your question?
