Are endpoints set up only once per Service Center?

Yes. Once you have set up the endpoints at the Service Center, you do not have to set them up again when a new user is added. However, the Toolkit/GIS coordinator must enroll each user into Toolkit and give the user permission to access the Service Center using the Toolkit Permissions Web site.
