Are emulators and roms legal?
They are definetly illegal. I do have two emulators (infact the two you have mentioned). I don’t use them anymore but they were good! I have never been fined for using them, or arrested. It would be very hard indeed to find out if someone had an emulator on their computer without actually going on it (i.e. physically going on it, I doubt anyone (e.g. police) can get on to your computer to look for them without going on it (I hope that makes sense..
