While there are some professional drivers that are mandated by the state or federal government to provide records of their driving history, for the most part, any such requirement is a requirement of the business where the person works or their insurance company. More and more of our clients are finding that their insurance companies are requiring driving record checks for anyone that drives on behalf of the business.
