Yes, we feel they are. Motivation is a driving source of energy that plays an important role in Comtronic. Our employees are participating in a regular basis in motivational activities of different kinds. As part of our Educational Scholarship Program we also grant awards to those employees showing outstanding achievements. For Healthcare we have a clinic on the premises that provides, free of charge, medical attention and follow-up for all employees and dependents besides the Honduran Institute of Social Security.
