Are employees allowed to have flexible hours when working on client engagements?

Yes. If an employee while working onsite with a client manages to bill his/her expected hours prior to the end of the week (and the client is amenable), flexible hours can often be accomodated. Also, Olenick & Associates provides a Surplus Billing Award to all field employees who bill client hours (Surplus Billing Hours) in excess of the expected 80 during a pay period.
