Are emails sent from the portal saved in a Sent file?
You can save sent messages in two ways. Go to the Options tab and check. Click on Message Preferences. Check to box for sending a copy of all messages to the Sent folder. Note you can also request read receipts and message confirmation. You can also save an email each time you send a message by checking the box at the bottom of the compose email popup.
