Email is generally not a secure medium of communication. You should never include personal or banking information in an email to us or anyone else. Only general inquiries should be sent via email. Personal information includes, but is not limited to; account numbers, credit card numbers, your PIN, your Access Card Number or Connect ID, your EasyWeb or WebBroker password or your EasyLine Phone Code.
