Yes, they are very important. Electrical certification assures you that the sauna has been tested to meet safety and performance standards. For most consumers, electrical certification is taken for granted. Oftentimes, many consumers do not even think about or look to see if a product they are about to purchase displays a safety agency mark. But, without a safety agency listing, there is no proof that a product passes electrical and safety standards.
