I don’t know if they are actually better as far as any research is concerned, but I love my electric toothbrush and definitely prefer it to my ordinary one. It makes my teeth feel cleaner. My dentist said they do a better job of cleaning.

Yes and I love those water picks. Anything that saves my wrist from extra work and makes brushing more of a pleasure is better. Of course you have to buy a high grade brand though. I like that Oral B one they have out now. I think that they cost about $20.

yes you need to brush for 2 minutes at a time.some of the new ones have timers on them SoniCare is a good one
