EJBDeploy has always been there. What’s new for WebSphere 4.0 is that we have shifted it to a command line tool that will allow you to execute the deploy tool from the command line. Whereas, before you could only execute the deploy tool from Visual Age for Java or the Admin GUI. The SEAppInstall is a new tool for WebSphere 4.0. It only applies to AEs and AEd. It is essentially a command line application installation tool.
