Are educators from subscribing institutions allowed to use images from Oxford African American Studies Center in presentations for their classes?
All images in Oxford African American Studies Center are available for educational use (presentations, research, homework, papers, etc.) within fair use/fair dealing/educational exemptions permitted under the copyright law in the country where the user/institution is based. Images are not to be used for commercial purposes (publications, posters, merchandise, etc.). Please contact commercial image providers directly if you wish to use art images for commercial purposes.
