Are Education Specializations granted on a per site, country, region or theater basis?
Education Specializations are granted to all Learning Partner sites in the territory where the Learning Partner contract is executed. However, in order to apply for an Education Specialization a Learning Partner must first apply for a Technology Specialization using the Certification and Specialization Application (CSApp) tool which is on a per country basis. A Learning Partner only has to apply and achieve a Technology Specialization for one country where they operate as a Learning Partner and all sites will be granted the corresponding Education Specialization.
