Please note that effective June 30, 2007, Hyperion will retire several older certifications. These specific certifications are: Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Planning 2.3 Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Planning 3.3.1 Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Financial Management 3.02 Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Financial Management 3.5.1 Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Essbase 5 Hyperion Certified Professional (HCP) – Pillar 4 These certifications serve significantly older versions of Hyperion products, and their low current volume justifies their retirement as we transition to Oracle. It is important to note that those who currently hold these certificates do not lose their existing certification (as their certification status is recognized without expiration); Hyperion will simply cease delivering exams for these certifications on June 30.
