Are earlier software versions of the P.O.S. still supported?

Yes, no sunset date has been established. All earlier software versions will be supported until notified but we do strongly encourage all locations to upgrade to Release 5.4 to take full advantage of the functionality. Please contact your Agency’s Point-of-Contact to schedule a date for your upgrade to Release 5.4.
