Are Dunhill Lights cigarettes available in Vancouver, Canada?
I am not a smoker so no expert, but there are 2 things going on. 1) As far as I know, Canada is following many countries lead and stopping the use of the labels “light” and “mild” as they are misleading. I believe we could be in the middle of that change. So if you ask for lights, the counter guy has to think of what the new name actually is. 2) The Cigarette industry is local. Canada has it’s own brands produced by it’s own companies. Although some companies bought in, and Dunhill is offered by Rothmans, Benson & Hedges, you have a lot of loyal smokers who smoke their same old Canadian brand for years. Thus it should be available, but maybe not as popular and not everywhere. Marlboro is traditionally an American brand.
