Are Dum Dum” lollipops allergen-free?
The original Dum Dum” lollipops are fine. They are all artificial and have no proteins in them and are run on dedicated lines. There are some different called Dum Dum” Gum Pops and Dum Dum” Variety Packs (chocolate flavored ones, gum pops, and sour flavored pops) that are problematic. These are made in Brazil (not Ohio), and they are not free of nuts or milk and can possibly have cross contamination issues. These would not be advisable to individuals on a strict elemental diet.
