Most of them are free and a lot of them come with source code that you can modify the games yourself. 2. Write your own GBA or DS games – With flashcards, you can develop your own games. You do not have to spend lots of money buying the development toolkits. 3. Play the commercial games if you own the original copies – If you own the original game cartridges, you have the right to have a copy of the games you own. You can play them from the backup copies. It is not legal if you: 1. Play commercial (copyrighted) games that you do not own. 2. Play copyrighted MP3 songs that you do not own. 3. Play copyrighted video clips that you do not own.
