Are drug products defined as preventive services?

As we are operating under interim final guidance, this is still subject to interpretation and clarification, but five drug products and vaccines are referenced in the descriptions of the various preventive services. Below is a chart that summarizes those drug products and the usage guidelines found in the USPSTF and other recommendations. Note that because the regulation is not final, different clients are implementing different plan design changes to comply with the guidance.
