Are dogs allowed to roam free within the community?
According to Exhibit C of the CCR, “dogs shall be kept on a leash or otherwise confined in a manner acceptable to the Board whenever outside the dwelling.” Residents that frequently allow their pets to roam freely may be requested by the Board to remove the animal permanently. “If the pet owner fails to honor such request, the Board may remove the pet.” The pet owner can also be held legally liable if their dog physically attacks anyone and/or their pet and wherever your dog defecates.
