A. Yes. A program for reporting and analysis of deficiencies in and deviations from design and construction specifications is required by 10 CFR 63.32, 10 CFR 63.44, and 10 CFR 63 Subparts D, F and G. Plans and procedures for such a program, to the extent that they currently exist, must be included in the LSN. Documents and activities to be reviewed to ensure requirements for reports of deficiencies in design and construction and for the control of deficiency reports are described in Sections 2.5.2 and 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 6 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
