A. Yes. Quality records reporting the results of reviews, inspections and audits are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Sections 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 10 and 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 18 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan describe the activities and documents that the NRC staff will need to review to determine that the requirements for inspections and audits are met.
